| I was born in North Hollywood, California on
April 14,1951. I attended school in the San Fernando
Valley (Chandler elementary, Milliken Jr. High, and Grant High
School). Upon graduation from Grant, I received a Baseball
Scholarship to attend the University of Colorado. I played
4 years of Baseball for Colorado and graduated in 1973 with a
Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
I married my wife, Jennifer, in 1975 and moved to Ojai the
same year. I have been in the Real Estate business since
moving to Ojai and have been a Broker/Owner since 1978.
My partner and I formed the Property Shoppe in 1978, and
became the Coldwell Banker Property Shoppe in 1986. We
currently have 45 full-time sales people generating 6.75 million
in yearly commissions which accounts for approximately 60% of
the Real Estate business in the Ojai Valley!
Some of my past achievements include:
- President of the Ojai Valley Board of Realtors in 1981 and
1998;
- State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser;
- Licensed General Contractor;
- Charger Member of the Ojai Rotary West;
- Current member of the Ojai Valley Multiple Listings
Committee;
- Member of the Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliated
"Chairman's Circle", (top 50 office in the
nation);
- Member of the Coldwell Banker President's Circle
(outstanding Sales Performance).
I currently have 3 children - Katie age 32, Meaghan age 30,
and Andrew age 22.
My hobbies include Tennis, Water and Snow Skiing, Running,
Surfing, Golfing and Slow Pitch Softball.
My Real Estate Objective and Goal is to provide my clientele
with the best service and knowledge available in the Real Estate
Industry. In today's market, a client can only make an intelligent
decision after receiving full disclosure and knowledge on the
products they are contemplating purchasing.
